Waste and Clean Water

Sewerage, surface and clean water network design

We have considerable experience in the strategic and detailed design of sewerage, surface water and clean water network design. Our Civil Consultant Director – Stephen Gibson was previously a Lead Design Engineer for Thames Water Engineering.

We have helped existing business estate and developments find cost effective solutions to the treatment and disposal of effluent. We are experts in the field of Sustainable Drainage Design, with our Director recently presenting at the SUDSnet International Conference.

We have advised HM Governement on SUDS design and costings to inform their Impact Assement as part of the Flood Water Management Act’s implementation.

We have extensive experience in the engineering application techniques applied through the Water Industry Act to suit both proposed and existing developments including:

  • Section 98 Sewer Requisitions
  • Section 104 Detailed design agreement and adoption
  • Section 106 Sewer connections
  • Build over agreements

Our Director received training from Thames Water in basic engineering law and has previous provided independent engineering advise to the legal departments of Statutory Undertakers in relation to specific claims.
